Job Description
We are hiring dynamic professionals for the role of CASA Sales Executive (Executive / Sr. Executive) in the Liabilities Department. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and driving business growth through Current Account and Savings Account products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of CASA (SA & CA) customers through field sourcing and referrals
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including KYC compliance and documentation
- Achieve assigned CASA and AQB targets consistently
- Generate leads via proactive sales activities and market outreach
- Cross-sell banking and financial products (FDs, RDs, Insurance)
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Address customer queries and deliver quality service
- Maintain accurate MIS, lead tracking, and activity reports
- Build and nurture relationships to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any UG / PG Degree
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Banking / Sales
- Age limit: Up to 30 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Locations:
- Tamil Nadu: Coimbatore, Chennai and Salem
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.0 LPA
