Job Summary

We are looking for result-oriented professionals for the role of Relationship Manager (RM) in the Home Loan (HL) segment. Candidates with prior experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans (PL), or Business Loans (BL) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing of Home Loan customers through field channels, referrals, and connectors
• Manage the end-to-end loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable housing finance solutions
• Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and policy adherence
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and DSAs
• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and faster TAT
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely closures

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum experience in Home Loan / LAP / Personal Loan (PL) / Business Loan (BL)
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years
