Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of Relationship Manager. The position involves customer acquisition, field sales, and driving business across various banking and financial products.
Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives
Location: Multiple locations (as per requirement)
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales and direct sourcing
- Generate business for Home Loans (HL), Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), CASA, and Personal Loans (PL)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (UG candidates can also be considered)
- Experience: Relevant experience in HL / BL / LAP / CASA / PL Sales
- Age: Up to 32 years
- Strong communication and sales skills required
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with field sales experience in BFSI sector
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
