We are looking for dedicated and target-driven professionals for the role of Relationship Officer – Gold Loan. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the gold loan segment with strong exposure to customer handling, valuation, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers for gold loans by exploring catchment areas, visiting high-footfall zones (markets, commercial areas), and building networks, often involving field work.
• Loan Origination & Processing: Handle the end-to-end gold loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Appraisal & Documentation: Perform basic valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments (often requiring 6 months to 1 year of gold loan sales/operation experience) and complete all necessary KYC and loan documentation.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and manage loan renewals.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly gold loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years in Gold Loan / NBFC / BFSI Sales (Freshers with interest can be considered)
• Age Limit: Below 28 years

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of gold valuation and purity assessment (or willingness to learn)
• Strong sales and customer acquisition skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Awareness of loan processes and documentation
• Understanding of KYC and compliance procedures
• Target-oriented with a result-driven mindset
