We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join as Business Development Manager for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Current Account (CA) & Savings Account (SA) customers
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners
- Achieve monthly CASA targets and contribute to branch growth
- Cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, and other financial services
- Ensure proper KYC compliance and documentation
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in CASA / Current Account sales
- Age Limit: Below 28 years
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target achievement focus
- Good knowledge of CASA products and banking processes
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Field sales experience and willingness to travel locally
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
